For fully function and non-damaged nebulyft® devices (including packaging):
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and we will refund your money (less shipping and handling). Please see return policies and guidelines below:
Online purchases of nebulyft® devices receive a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee by default. Customer is required to provide any usage record like photos or video with date and time, (preferable records from nebulyft® official App) as evidences to prove that she/he have follow our manual to use nebulyft devices at least twice a week on average.
After the usage record evidence is received and verified by nebulyft® team, the Money Back Guarantee period can be extended by another 14 days at most (28 days in total).

If you received your product damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return.

Malfunctions caused by manufacturing issues or shipping, nebulyft will be responsible for your return shipping charges. Otherwise, any charges incurred will be deducted from total refund.

We are only able to issue refunds for nebulyft® products purchased directly from nebulyft.com. Once the returned item is received, your purchase will be refunded.

Non-refundable Items: nebulyft® soothing gel is consumable and is therefore considered non-refundable. 

┃ Refused Orders

Should you refuse to accept delivery of your nebulyft® device at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Rebecca Technology LLC. plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.

┃ Cancellations

Purchase orders are processed in real time, making it possible for customers to receive their nebulyft® orders quickly, therefore cancellation is not possible after the order is confirmed. Please email nebulyft® Customer Service for return instructions: support@nebulyft.com

┃ Return Procedure

If you purchased your nebulyft® device from Rebecca Technology LLC. and you would like to return it, follow these simple steps:

US (domestic) and Canadian Residents:
1. Email nebulyft® Customer Service: support@nebulyft.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
2. A return confirmation email will be sent to you followed by a return shipping label.
3. Safely package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and affix shipping label to box.
4. Once product is received by nebulyft® refund will be issued within 5-10 business days
5. Return shipping charges will be deducted from total refund.

Foreign Residents:
1. Email nebulyft® Customer Service: support@nebulyft.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
2. A return confirmation email will be sent to you with Return Authorization Number.
3. Safely package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and arrange shipping with an international shipper. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and duty charges.
4. Once product is received by nebulyft® refund will be issued within 5-10 business days
5. Any charges incurred will be deducted from total refund.

Rebecca Technology LLC. cannot accept returns for products purchased at 3rd party retailers. If you purchased your nebulyft® from anywhere other than Rebecca Technology LLC. you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Your returned product must have a Rebecca Technology LLC. Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged.
Ensure product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best) in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of Rebecca Technology LLC.
